Message-ID: <4570AD4C.6020104@gmx.de> Dear Community. My name is David Hoehn, together with Jens Ostergaard I have given public and closed Scrum classes. In February 2007 I will be back in Australia to spend some time with the lovely people there. Should there be enough interest, I will be offering the following courses for Sydney: (Should there be interest I would be willing to repeat those courses in other cities as well) Tuesday 21.2.2007 (one Day course) More Scrum, less Questions. This course i meant for practicing Scrum Masters. We will attempt to share common problems, address them and try to resolve those issues by identifying common patterns. This course also presents learned solutions to some commonly identified problems. Such as QA integration into corss functional teams and how to remove organisational Impediments. This course is meant for those familiar with the Scrum framework, it is a very example driven course to resolve everyday issues. This is a one day course, the course material is part of the fee and may be reused. The fee for this course is 850 Australian Dollar. Wednesday (open Space) Scrum Open Xchange. This Exchange is meant for all practicing Scrum Master, interested parties and those who simply want to know more about Agile. Feel free to interview myself or those who will be present. The fee for this event is: Free. Thursday 23.2.2007 Friday 24.2.2007 (Two day course) Scrum Course. This is a Scrum course that teaches the _same_ knowledge a Certified Scrum Master course teaches. This is NOT a certification class. If you wish to become a Certified Practioneer or Trainer you need to take a Certification class. After this course you will be able to run and implement a Scrum framework. The course offers the same knowledge and experience as the Certified Scrum course, only the certification is not included. All course material may be reused after the course fee has been paid. The fee for this event is: 1200 Australian Dollar. General: The fee has to be paid in full prior to you attending one of the courses. If you book more than 6 weeks in advanced there is an early booking bonus of 15%. Should a course not be held all your fund will be refunded in full without any penalties applied! If you are interested in attending a course, please contact me directly at dmalloc at gmail.com. Should you wish to make arrangements for a company, private consulting time or in-house coaching, please contact me off list as well. If you send more than one person to a course there are special arrangements possible (for example if you send 5 people one comes free). Thank you and I hope to be hearing soon from you.
