From ahallam at digitalearth.com.au Thu Nov 23 09:45:34 2006 From: ahallam at digitalearth.com.au (Andrew Hallam) Date: Thu, 23 Nov 2006 20:45:34 +1100 Subject: [Scrum-announce] Sydney Scrum Pub Gathering Is On! (Thu 30 Nov 2006) Message-ID: <45656DBE.6080700@digitalearth.com.au> It's on! Put the evening of Thursday 30 November 2006 in your calendar. The plan is to start at the 3 Wise Monkey's, 555 George St, Sydney (see map link below) at around say 17:30. Dinner arrangements to be decided on the night. Exclusive: The first 10 people to *personally* send me an RSVP will get a limited edition "scrum.com.au" t-shirt. The catch is that in order to get your hands on this life changing item of apparel you have to actually turn up and say hello. I'll be taking shirt sizes and delivery information on the night. There will be one team decision to be made on the night: What gets printed on the t-shirts? The project constraints are: 1. You have the choice of white, white or white for the t-shirt material (long story, looking for alternatives). 2. "scrum.com.au" has to appear somewhere. If we get more than 10 people on the night I'll see what I can do about extra shirts, BUT, no promises. The promo budget is rather limited. This message will appear on the website tomorrow afternoon so get your RSVP in early. Please forward this message to anyone who you think might be interested in attending the night out. Further updates will appear on the website and be posted to the mailing lists. See you there! -- Regards Andrew Hallam http://www.3wisemonkeys.com.au/ http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=555+George+St,+Sydney+NSW+2000,+Australia&ie=UTF8&sll=-33.869998,151.210006&sspn=0.31186,0.525284&z=16&om=1&iwloc=addr From dmalloc at gmail.com Wed Nov 29 22:56:51 2006 From: dmalloc at gmail.com (David H) Date: Wed, 29 Nov 2006 23:56:51 +0100 Subject: [Scrum-announce] Question for the moderator Message-ID: <456E1033.6050508@gmx.de> Hello. I have given numerous Scrum courses together with Jens Ostergaard in the last year and this year in Australia. I was thinking about coming back in 2007. Is it ok to post course announcements on this list? Also I am wondering whether anyone can recommend a company that would help in the organisation of such events? Coming in from Australia it would be good to have a local partner, to course there would be a revenue share to it :) Thanks From ahallam at digitalearth.com.au Thu Nov 30 22:04:50 2006 From: ahallam at digitalearth.com.au (Andrew Hallam) Date: Fri, 01 Dec 2006 09:04:50 +1100 Subject: [Scrum-announce] Question for the moderator In-Reply-To: <456E1033.6050508@gmx.de> References: <456E1033.6050508@gmx.de> Message-ID: <456F5582.204@digitalearth.com.au> Hi David, This list is for announcing anything to do with Scrum in Australia. If you are planning or running a course then please do post a message to this list. There may also be people on this list that can help with local arrangements. If you need anything posted to the scrum.com.au weblog then please let me know. -- Regards Andrew Hallam David H wrote: > Hello. > > I have given numerous Scrum courses together with Jens Ostergaard in the > last year and this year in Australia.
